Who We Are
Little Moose Creamery was born from Rin and Cecile’s passion for artisan soft-serve ice cream. After traveling the globe—through Asia, Australia, North America, and Europe—exploring world-class cuisine, they were inspired by their young daughter’s love for ice cream to create their own. Now, they’re bringing their vision of high-quality, small-batch soft serve ice cream to the Lone Star State, sharing their love for food and family.

Our Concept
At Little Moose Creamery, family is at the heart of everything we do. Our shop will be a gathering place where friends and loved ones can share moments of fun and connection over high-quality artisan soft serve, sundaes, floats, shakes, and other frozen desserts. Our Menu
We will be selling premium soft serve ice cream, shakes, floats, and making the waffle cones in house. Some of our menu items will include:
- Soft serve flavors including traditional flavors such as vanilla, strawberry, chocolate, s’mores, pistachio and Asian flavors, such as red bean, green tea, black sesame, ube, mango, and more seasonal flavors.
